Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using 0Latency ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including API consumers, dashboard users, and Chrome Extension users.
2. Service Description
0Latency provides a persistent memory layer API for AI agents. The Service includes:
- REST API for memory extraction, storage, and recall
- Python and TypeScript SDKs
- Chrome Extension for automatic memory capture
- Web dashboard for account and usage management
- Documentation and integration guides
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Store content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to store personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without their consent
5. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your memory content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance windows. Unplanned outages will be communicated via our status page.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0Latency and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0Latency and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination:
- Your API keys will be immediately revoked
- You will have 30 days to export your data via the API
- After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through the dashboard settings.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
